Jenn Mann, LMFT (EMDR, CSAT-C, EFT)

Hi, I’m Jenn.

I specialize in treating eating disorderstrauma and PTSD, shamebetrayal trauma, difficulties in relationshipsgrief and loss, and pornography/other sexual addiction. I also have years of experience working with clients with depression and anxiety, self harm, suicidality, and substance abuse.

My training in focus areas has come from multiple well known and well respected professionals. I've been trained in Eating Disorders, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist-Candidate).

For 16+ years I’ve been privileged to work with and be a part of helping adolescents, adults, couples and families to find healing and hope.

Over the years while working in residential treatment, intensive day programs, and doing outpatient therapy, I’ve been blessed with being able to experience alongside my clients, the journey of recovery and healing, and the process of change.

Acceptance, safety, compassion, empathy, understanding and care, are all very important to me. I greatly value doing all I can to make sure those things are felt by my clients in my work with them...  Read More >>

Are You Experiencing Any Of These Feelings?

Feeling Disconnected in Your Relationships

When we don’t feel emotionally connected to others, our relationships aren’t as meaningful or fulfilling. You can have real, authentic connections in your life.

Feeling Constantly Overwhelmed

Sometimes life can become so overwhelming, it’s hard to see a way out or even through it. There is a way. And there is help.

Struggling with Anxiety & Depression

When emotions feel heavy,  we often struggle to see the hope. There is light that can come, even when you feel stuck in darkness.

Feeling Lost

When we find ourselves lost in our own journey, it’s not always easy to know how to get back on track. Remember you’re not alone.

Not Feeling Good Enough

We are constantly surrounded by influences and pressures, it’s easy to compare ourselves to others. Finding your own happy and living there, can be yours.

Battling Trauma & Bad Memories

We can become weighed down by things from our past that don’t allow us to thrive in our life. Give yourself permission to begin healing.

Obsessively focused on food, weight, or your body

Obsessively trying to perfect our bodies, does not change how we feel about ourselves on the inside. Start by learning to love YOU.

Wanting to stop destructive behaviors but you just can’t seem to stop

Behaviors can lead to patterns that become problematic and destructive, negatively impacting all aspects of our lives and our loved ones. There is recovery from addiction.
