PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, cash, check, Bishop/clergy pay, or other third party payments.
Individual Therapy (53 min): The intake assessment is $205 and each therapy session after the initial intake is $185.
Couples Therapy (53 min): The intake assessment is $275 and each couples therapy session after the initial intake is $250.
We are currently accepting the following insurance plans for individual therapy:
- DMBA
- Select Health (SelectChoice, SelectCare, SelectMed, SelectValue)
- EMI
- UNIBHN (University of Utah health plans)
**If we are not currently accepting your insurance, we can provide you with the paperwork (Superbill) for you to be able to request reimbursement from your insurance company if you choose to do so.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 BUSINESS hours in advance or you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of $120.
