Hi, I’m Jenn.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step.

You might have been trying to figure things out on your own for a while—pushing through, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why things still feel so hard.

Part of you might be ready for support.
And another part of you might feel unsure, or even a little hesitant.

That’s normal.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start.
You don’t have to explain it perfectly.

You can just come as you are.

I work with people who are dealing with things like betrayal, trauma, shame, grief, faith transitions, and struggles with food or body image.

A lot of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or confused about why they’re feeling like this or why they’re reacting the way they are.

Together, we start to make sense of it.

What Working With Me Is Like

I focus a lot on helping you feel safe and comfortable enough to open up.
We go at your pace.
And we focus on what matters most to you.

In our work together, we don’t just stay on the surface.

We look at what’s really underneath what you’re feeling—
whether that’s trauma, shame, grief, or something you haven’t had words for yet.

A lot of people come in thinking something is wrong with them.

But as we start to understand what’s actually going on, things begin to shift.

What You Might Start To Notice In Our Work Together

Feeling—

  • more calm

  • more grounded

  • more in control

  • more able to trust yourself

  • more empowered

  • more aware

  • more HOPEFUL

And maybe, for the first time in a while—
like you’re not alone in it.

A Bit About Me

I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 20 years, starting back in 2003.

Early in my career, I worked at a treatment center for teenage girls, and that experience is what led me to become a therapist.

Over time, I kept seeing how much people were carrying underneath the surface—things like grief, trauma, and shame that hadn’t been fully processed.

Some of this work is personal for me.

I lost my dad at a young age, and as the oldest in my family, I had to navigate grief while also carrying a lot of responsibility. I’ve also experienced complex family dynamics, which has shaped how I understand trauma and healing.

Because of that, I don’t take a surface-level approach to this work.

I care about helping you understand what’s really going on underneath—and creating a space where you feel safe enough to go there.

A Bit About Me Outside the Therapy Room

I’m the oldest of eight and the “favorite aunt” to a big (and still growing) group of nieces and nephews.

A lot of my life centers around relationships—spending time with family, being with people I care about, and just being together in simple ways.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing things like being around horses, going on canyon drives, planning my next Disneyland trip, spending time at family dinners or pool parties, or watching movies. I also love country music, summer nights, and anything a little nostalgic like the 90’s or a good Broadway musical.

Relationships are a big part of who I am, and that carries into the way I show up in my work.
